STUDIO MANAGER/PERSONAL ASSISTANT, AMSTERDAM

I’m looking for a French speaking studio manager/ personal assistant to join me at Sarah-Linda. We’re growing, and I need support with the running and scaling of the behind the scenes.

It's for you if you're into administration & design, excel sheets & photoshoots, CRM systems & luxury products, general organisation & gastronomy, business development & art de vivre. And more. Every day will be different.

I need someone who can help me with a diverse set of tasks. A wing(wo)man, a right hand. A person who can support me in the wide range of things that need to get done everyday. 
A French and English speaking, enthusiastic, organised, proactive all-rounder who potentially wants to grow and define their own role. 
A person who is excited about delivering high-end, beautiful products, with a love and understanding of the luxury market.  

The job is for 3 days or 24 hours a week.

The person I’m looking for has some experience in a similar role and:

-can work from Amsterdam
-speaks fluent French and English 
-is proactive, engaged and responsible
-can work autonomously and in partnership with me
-is a safe pair of hands with attention to detail
-loves to go the extra mile
-understands the luxury / hospitality market 
-loves to work on a wide range of tasks 
-can work with Excel and is software savvy
-has a figure-it-out attitude 

The work will consist of things like:

-product and order administration
(updating the order, inventory and CRM systems, updating and creating product info sheets, updating the website and catalogue with product info..)
-research
(of leads, trends, markets, customer behaviour …)
-production assistance for photo shoots, events, fairs etc
(scouting for locations, photographers, props, etc)
-organisation of meetings
(scheduling in meetings with restaurants, clients and prospects)
-product development assistance 
(scheduling, research, sourcing)
-sourcing 
(of manufacturers, production or development partners, materials)
-general studio management and admin
(organising and booking trips, scheduling, planning, organising data)
-customer support
(keeping in touch with clients about orders and deliveries, problem solving)

We are a small startup. That means there will be many different tasks divided over few people, at the beginning.
That also means that being part of the business at this stage, gives you the opportunity to play a real part in shaping it and have key responsibilities.  
The role will start with 3 days a week, but can grow gradually.

The office is in Amsterdam, the production in Limoges. This job is in Amsterdam.
Salary dependent on experience.
